He was involved in giving re-location advice to several MNC’S. His years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market has helped several companies to relocate to locations of their choice in order to enhance productivity of employees and the Company itself.

Mr. Chopra has over 50 years of experience in the real estate sector and has been part of the real estate fraternity since its inception in Mumbai. He is a founder member of the EAAI (Estate Agent Association of India). His vast knowledge of the past and present tax and real estate laws has worked beneficially for Hill Estate.

Girish Chopra
Current Responsibilities :
Girish Chopra heads the business development operations of Hill Estate. Girish leads a team of professionals based out of Mumbai providing strategic transaction solutions to leading global, regional and local clients. Girish is also in charge of Hill Estate’s structured transactions based on ROI (Return on Investment) for investors interested in pre leased properties.
He is also responsible for analysing projects for builders and companies (projects under construction and those concerning outright sale and lease).
Experience
Girish has over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector and has in depth knowledge of corporate and real estate practices. He joined Hill estate at the young age of 20 and has successfully managed leasing and sales assignments for several leading corporations, banks and IT companies. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing several innovative concepts which have minimized risk for clients and led to highly cost-effective transactions.
Prior to joining Hill Estate, Girish worked on a marketing Internship projects with AXA Advisors, U.S.A.- one of the leading financial corporations in the world. Girish has also worked with Broome county employment bureau U.S.A as Chief of a Leadership project aimed at enhancing productivity among senior level employees in a government organization.
